There's a label on the back of wasp spray that says two things important to this thread. Using this product inconsistent with the directions is a federal crime and do not use against people. I sure wouldn't want to be in that courtroom defending myself why I sprayed someone with wasp spray.

Get yourself some of this. It is what most police departments/military police use.

    https://www.chiefsupply.com/defense...-aerosol-projector-mk-4-2-mc-stream-3-oz.html

Don't use a bat, or a knife, or nun-chucks or whatever. That shit will get you hemmed up in court. Its kind of hard to explain how you beat someone with a baseball bat when they attacked you first.

Good news! in 2016 we only had 87 homicides, down from your 95 quoted for 2015, and if you aren't involved in the drug trade you pretty much don't get shot at. Its to bad you feel you have to be armed to be safe in your neighborhood.

Thats 87 per 4 million 648 thousand. That per 1000 thing is for where you live.

I know its crazy, no one I know has a handgun and they are still safe, they do have rifles for hunting.

When you say non lethal, does a 9mm to the foot fit your definition of "non lethal?"

There's been 134 homicides so far this year, in St Louis city alone. That's approximately 60 miles from my location, and a little to close for comfort. It's not nearly as crime infested where I live though, hell a lot of people don't lock their shops or cars, even some hardly ever lock their houses. You get closer to the city though, and it gets sketchy quick. Of course almost everyone around here has guns too, maybe the bad guys don't pick targets that they think will fight back, and possibly get their head blown off.

For sure, it would be ignorant of me to think that everyone lives where there are no issues. If I lived somewhere else I would possibly rethink the gun thing.
Hopefully you never need it! I think in smaller towns its easier to know who the idiots are and what they are up to.

In Florida? I just came back from there from a week long vacation so researched before I left as I wanted to take the taser "pulse". Not classified as a weapon, and can be carried concealed without issue. Used to not be the case in Florida (stun guns were okay, but projectile shooting devices could not be carried without a permit), but that changed in the last couple years. Projectile shooting tasers now okay for concealed carry without permit in Florida.

I think it's great that you can live in such a beautiful area, and not have to worry about crime near as much. Canada's got some amazing scenery. (Both the outdoors and the women) :)

It's definitely on my list of places to check out.

For sure, you should definitely check it out, the Fernie area or around Pemberton/Whistler backroads to Lillooet are great for scenery, among other areas.

I live in a small town in the middle of Iowa. A few months ago I was within 10 minutes of an armed robbery at a gas station just off the interstate. The "gunman" took everyone into a back room and said if he seen or heard them he'd start shooting. You're right though, everyone should feel safe. Tell that to the 87 homicide victims families. Ever looked up the statistics for Chicago?

Taser Pulse fits just right between seat bottom and top of adjustment bar.
