my weather techs block the under seat vent they are de-forming from the heater.

Any ideas on a material I could use to route the venting above the mats?
Yes I know my truck is dirty...

Aux back up lights, Bed lights, Re-located trailer plug, Good dooby, a.k.a. jumper cable mod, Heated seats, back up camera,
Use a piece of sheet metal. Slid under the vents and on top of the floor mat.

Good idea I’ll have to bend it down or put something in the edge for the pup.

No don't bend it . The pressure will help keep it in place.
My bad.. Re read your post. Fold the edge back or get some alligator grommet and epoxy it on.
