Mine is paid off, and we have a little left on the wife's Dodge then I am going to attack the mortgage hard and eliminate all my debt in the next 3 years. At least that's the plan.

I agree with you 100%.

Just busting your balls about " the wife decided " part. I gotta, it is a man card thing.

Lesson learned: Even if the wife did make the decision, you NEVER admit it on a public forum or even in private to your friends. Well, unless you want your balls busted.

Oh I'm not afriad to admit when she is right. I can also take the heat that goes with it. Because of two reasons
1. It gets points down the road when I want something I.e. truck parts that are expensive or new guns.
2. Taking a freliendly lashing from fellow enthusiasts because i have paid for items and a happy wife just reminds me I could have it worse. Broke, single, ect.
