    Is there a way to identify whether or not I have stock or aftermarket leafs? Here is a picture of what I have. I bought the truck used btw, these were on it when I bought it.

    Those are OEM, but not *original*. I think your truck shipped from the factory with the 2+1 leaf pack, that is a 3+1 which would have been installed under warranty based on a service bulletin tied to complaints regarding inadequate support. There is a recall out for those ones, which I can tell because there are 3 clamps on the entire leaf pack. The recall will replace those springs with ones that are very similar, but instead of 3 clamps, have 6.
