    LOL thats wrong My buddy found a laptop computer with very personal information such as tax info hers and her dad's not good and she was in the IT field dumb move.

    dgerm - you may think that shit is funny... as an IT pro and information security nut, that aint. You can fuck up someone's life for a very long time by sharing that.

    I gave a demo to my GF about how easy it is to find all sorts of info about her with only using her online/public info from the sites she goes to. I had her job info, where she worked, her home address, SS#, Parents address and her kids names in 1/2 an hour. (hint: zabasearch + Highschool websites + tax info, plus checking her friends pages that were linked from/to her = easy).

    I know you meant it as a funny, but it hits close to home for me.
