In a nutshell, went to dealer a few years ago and told them I have a squeaky pulley. Pulled it in, mechanic says from underneath it sounds like the internal fuel filter or fuel pump. $800 later, I drove 45 miles home and driving up my hill “SQUEAK”. Drove right back to be told I was right, sorry. Wanted to give me part back and tires. Got it all. Now , pulley squeaking. Reputable tire service center recommended all three.100,000-2017. I just retired from PennDOT.After three new, 1 squeaking! They’re ordering 3 new AC Delco. Yep, a GM but reliable replacement parts. I understand maintenance due but, I don’t trust the Toyota Service Centers around here. Geez, sorry this was so long.

I started to have a squeak and it turned out to be a dusty belt (from off road trips). Sprayed some water in the belt when running and hasn't come back since.

I thought 2017 had the recall with fuel pump. Beside that mine started to squeak around 60k then i clean the belt and pulley and it went away. 70k and no noise from it. My belt is due to replace soon.

Read the threads addressing my idler pulley troubles. Dressing the belt with anything is only a temporary fix. Wouldn’t head to Canada fishing like that. Appointment is Friday. 3 new on Service Center. Put a touch of silicone grease on belt; new pulleys sometimes have a sheen that can cause skipping. Squeak gone. Only to get me to Friday. By the way, it looks like mechanic put idler 3 where idler 1 should go. Looks like there’s a difference. Admitted they looked alike but, noticeable off center ride of belt on pulley. I might have pulley location numbers wrong but, there does seem to be a difference.

I have an odd whistling sound when I start up. I thought it was an idler so I changed them all and put on a new belt and it still makes this weird sound.
it seems like it’s from the passenger side. Mine is a 2017 Sport.
What is the fuel pump issue you guys are talking about?
Is it a whistle type sound?
