I think it was. He was cutting down a tree in his backyard and it started to fall sooner than expected. The saw was still running at the time and he walking the tree down with the free hand. Unfortunately, the tree bounced and hit him in the face, breaking his jaw and causing him to lose his balance. You've seen the aftermath.
