Pretty much every companies stock goes down after earnings I've noticed. whether they crush it or not. I'm not sure why, but I've been noticing that for a while now

This is an indicator that the market is not operating like a normal market should...The battle between retail and hedge funds (shorts vs buyers) is precisely what is going on here...Drive it up, short away...close...Drive it up again...it's painfully obvious.
This means no more calls making money...by the time they are starting to print...Shorted and dumped again. It just seems like manipulation all over the place starting around January...26th??? of this year...wonder why...

My latest response from E-trade... I was trying to avoid having to call but I may now.

    upload_2021-5-7_9-52-7.jpg

Edit: I also just found this on their website:

How do I request paper stock certificates or electronically register shares directly with the transfer agent?
Effective January 1, 2009, E*TRADE and other broker-dealers will no longer be able to fulfill paper certificate requests due to an SEC regulation change. Instead E*TRADE will default paper certificate requests to electronic registration directly with the transfer agent using the Direct Registration System (DRS) built by the Depositor Trust Clearing Corporation (DTCC) and the industry Transfer Agents.

    • Exchange Listed securities are now DRS eligible. All paper certificate requests will be electronically transferred to the transfer agent via the Direct Registration System (DRS) in place of requesting a paper certificate.

    • The majority of Non Exchange Listed securities are also DRS eligible. Paper certificate requests will also be electronically transferred to the transfer agent via the Direct Registration System (DRS) in place of requesting a paper certificate. In the event the security isNOTDRS Eligible, a paper certificate will be mailed to the customer for a fee of $75.00 for domestic companies and $250.00 for international companies.

I still have to follow up with them myself, but good find on that DRS registration.

But yeah, they want me to call them so they can try to get their $500 from me as well

Here is my last response... I'll probably call later today

Thank you for your response, but you did not answer any of my questions. I am asking how that fee was calculated, and where in the terms/conditions of my account or anywhere else that fee for a re-registration of warrants is included or disclosed. Is it based on the number of warrants, or is it a flat fee for anyone requesting this? My concern is the arbitrary amount/lack of response and the fact that I know other brokers like TDA and Fidelity are completing these same transactions at no fee.

My concern here stems from two areas:

    1. The direct information available from the company/transfer agent that I have provided links to already, which states:
"The Warrants may be reregistered to the underlying beneficial shareholders at no additional cost. To do so, please provide a medallion guaranteed instruction with the shareholder's registration name, address, Tax ID (SSN/EIN) and if available, email address and phone number.

    2. Even if paper certificates were needed, a search of your website shows the following: "The majority of Non Exchange Listed securities are also DRS eligible. Paper certificate requests will also be electronically transferred to the transfer agent via the Direct Registration System (DRS) in place of requesting a paper certificate. In the event the security is NOT DRS Eligible, a paper certificate will be mailed to the customer for a fee of $75.00 for domestic companies and $250.00 for international companies."

Given the above, I'm sure you can see my concern with the request for a $500 fee, which is almost 7 times the fee listed for a paper certificate on your website for a domestic company (GTII is a Nevada Corporation).

Please explain the basis for the $500 fee.

What are we waiting on for the $GTII squeeze? Is it like $GME and needs a catalyst? Will the 2 squeeze at the same time?

I’m just ready to be rich :pout:
