seeking alpha was essentially a forum...it had a whole gamut of contributors ranging from value to REITs to growth to option plays.
i thought it was pretty informative and read it often.
as with all 'analysts', take it with a grain of salt.
some guys on there actually had some really good analyses. some of it was total fluff.
i'm pretty bummed on the paywall...but i don't want to pay so there's that...

 

Their bio states shorting is their main strategy, and you can’t fact check opinion pieces. You allow people to read opinions from both sides, compare that to the “facts” they think they know, and decide which argument makes the most sense.

 

And, as with nearly everything. Getting clicks is the most important thing. You want clicks right now, say something about meme stocks. Even better, say something negative. So yea, big grains of salt with everything

 

by fact checking I was referring to when seeking alpha had published the article about GME dropping on march 10 like 15 minutes before it happened....

I cannot find the article rn but I remember reading it in a window next to the MarketWatch one lol

 

yea, a lot of articles were total shit and either click-bait or FUD or whatever subscription service they were pushing...

im hoping with all the wealth transfer from GME mooning, people will put some of that back into crypto and drive the price up...if wall st doesent obliterate it too much i gues

 

I definitely will. I've never been a crypto investor before aside from some quick turn and burns, but I'll definitely put some in there if it's at a sizeable discount.

I wouldn't be surprised if some of the meme coins just sort of disappear forever though. BTC, ETH, and the bigger ones still have staying power I think. But I'm def no expert on the matter.

Sooo...we've got 3 days for all those $HYG puts to print...They are $86....$HYG closed at $87.66 today and routinely moves about $0.05 a day...It's trading range for the last month is $87.07 to today's 30 day high of $87.66...It needs to fall an unprecedented $1.70ish in 3 days...
