If rear suspension mods only raise 1"-1.5" should I install 2.5 degree shims? Adding a helper leaf and I might get 1" maybe at most as I am just going for stiffening up things. Are these shims usually only for 2"-3" or more lifts?

I’ve had several different size lifts in the rear over the years and I’ve never used shims. I dunno if you even need them to be frank.

No, only if there’s issues. I’ve never shimmed a rear lift as a precaution

Approx 2" lift. As a precaution did the ecgs bushing. Tapered pinion shim not needed.

Thanks. I have one that I bought in case I would need it. I will stash it in a safe place.
