    Truck gun is a great idea. After sliders. And then it should be a nice intermediate cartridge like 5.56. It should be cheap, with no sentiments attached. I vote keltec.

    The best truck gun is a battered old 12 gauge 870 pump. Buckshot, slugs, birdshot .... many a deer and grouse and black bear have been stumbled upon while wheeling during hunting season and met their demise.

    It's the Swiss Army knife of guns.
