Went to the dealership today. Test drove 17 crew cab inferno trd Off road 4x4. Sticker was 38. Got them down to 34,500. My trade value they initially gave me was 21 for my 2015 Silverado 4x4 double cab with 64k miles. Got that trade value up to 25k. Still didn't make a deal cause I know I could sell my Silverado for 29. Walked on them. I want a Tacoma, but not that bad. I'm trying to sell mine first.

I don't really know what made the sticker 38,500. It didn't have technology package. I thought sticker on standard crew trd off road 4x4 was closer to 35??

Too many but also not enough mods
Sticker is $38k for whatever reason but I got them to 35.5 on a inferno dcsb trd off road.

Ouch looks like i will be getting a 17' taco if I dont get a Tundra. I wonder why they are still building 17' Tacos when 18' Tundras are already on the lot.

i hope this is wrong but sure think it might be right. Im waiting on the 18 and im ready now to trade my 16 Colorado. I really thought it would be Sept Oct time frame. My dealer still tells me there is nothing they have received on the 18s yet. Hopeful to be able to order real soon and get truck by Nov at least but not looking good.

I'd stick with what I've got, SR 4x4 MT. I'd probably go for a different color in an ideal world. IF the OR could be had in access cab and stick shift in the US, I maybe would consider that, but it would have to be a screaming good deal.

I would still stick with the SR5/dbl/cab/lb. It does what I need offroad and I made the mods that I see necessary.

(cause i'm a sucker for fancy new features like crawl control, otherwise I'd be fine with the MT)

Ford is good truck and if you don't need a smaller truck it will be much more room and comfort for sure! I personally think all the trucks are pretty good just which size and then which style and kind you like best.

Might still drop by from time to time to see if Smiity99 is still whining an crying. Yall ride safe.
