My first choice was Cement, second was MM Gray, but two of my good friends beat me to the punch. So when I was finally able to make the purchase, I was torn between Silver (color of my 2nd Gen I traded in) and White. Really happy with my choice (White) over the Silver but the Cement ones are so nice. I travel the GSP and NJTP Mon-Fri and see a ton of 3rd Gens now, although not many Cement.

Yeah, that is correct. I am in Ocean County, pretty much at the border of Atlantic/Ocean. I am very familiar with where you are talking about, I have family out that way, NJMFOD is a awesome place to ride! Lol, that's how I felt when I first got my 3rd gen, I was def the first in my town. Kinda curious if any are on TW that are local to me.

I scoured the country for a cement truck and got exactly what I wanted, but every now and then I see the Calvary blue and the Voodoo blue and can't help but drool a bit. I wish that Voodoo blue wasn't a Pro-only color sometimes. But it's all cool. I adore my cement!

Oh yeah? I am on the GSP southbound Mon-Fri. I completely agree, where are you located in NJ? I think the most common color I am seeing now a days on the parkway is silver.

Cement was really the only choice...but I guess white would be number two.

Gotta stick up for the quicksand! In my area those guys you describe drive full size domestic, and are usually about 75 lbs+ overweight (hence the need for full size).

Miss that place, Jersey gets such a bad rap, besides how expenisve it is to live and gun laws, its a great place. Summers, Springs, Falls are amazing, the riding was killer between (NJMPFOD, ETOWN, Speedciti, Blue Diamond, etc.), people at least south jersey pineys were super friendly, so much to do (beach, NYC, Philly, etc.). When I first got orders there I was like f, when I got orders back to Tucson I was kicking and screaming not wanting to leave.

My original choice was actually Inferno, largely because of the rarity of the color. After I placed my order, my dealer called about 2 weeks later to tell me their alotment of Inferno Off Roads was delayed at the factory by an additional 3 months. I had a VW Passat TDI that was part of the "dieselgate" emissions class action lawsuit, and I was scheduled to sell it back to VW, and was going to use those proceeds as a very large down payment on my Taco. Part of the sell back price was dependant upon the mileage on the VW, so everyday that I drove the 50+ mile round trip to work was lowering my sell back price, so it was in my best interests to get my Taco as soon as possible. I asked about the Barcelona Red, and was able to get the truck I have now in only another week, so I ended up with my 2nd choice, but I am very happy with it.

I couldn't agree with you more, it is a good place to live with a lot to do in the surrounding areas. Yeah my town is pretty laid back and fits that description. Definitely an expensive place to live and gun laws they are trying to push here are a joke. I bet, must be quite a difference in cultures.

Well, I have black and it stays clean for 1 day after a wash. No one may vote it anyways

LOL, yeah dude it's a struggle! Just thankful the pollen has toned down somewhat in NJ. I need a good day of detailing, including claybar. I did that for the first time last year and damn it was soooo needed. My paint by the front bumpers felt like it had slight bumps all over it.

I’m a Midwest Chicago burbs kid so jersey wasn’t too different. I’ve been stationed in Tucson, AZ twice now. People suck, terrible drivers, trash everywhere (I almost see a mattress or something in the middle of the road on the daily), high crime rate, 100+ degrees 4 months of the year, ya I’ll never be back to this sh*thole once I separate in a week.

I'm in Wall, you? Silver is very popular on the parkway. I feel like i see white everywhere now, probably cause thats what i got. I almost went black but i dont wash my vehicles nearly as much as i should.

Nice, I've been there once when I was a kid about 15 years ago, I can see the similarities. Damn, that sounds like a mess, humid heat too? Oh wow that's great, are you about to hit your ETS?

It’s dry but it still sucks. Last year park benches were melting. Yep, 10 years active duty.

LOL I feel yah on that. Since having my almost 2 and almost 4 year old(July bdays), I don't nearly get to clean the truck as much as I did prior, but I do what I can and she still looks great! Most days you can look at/in my truck and would be surprised to know that I have two kids under 4. Nice, I am in Little Egg Harbor, I've played a ton of Ice/Roller Hockey up in Toms River/Brick/Howell/Wall. Are you familiar with Good Sports in Wall? I use to play roller hockey there a few times a week when I was younger, it's a nice indoor facility. I really love the white too, it really pops w/ the black accents.
