If you didn't have a Tacoma, what would you have? What else did you look at?

I would have gotten a Frontier Pro 4X. I had a good experience with a previous Fronty. I also looked at Jeeps, but I really needed a truck. The ZR2's are nice, but probably out of my price range.

4runner for sure... Went with the Tacoma because I wanted a bed to throw the occasional sh*t in the bed when needed and I'm always been a Toyota fan. Came from a few SUVs (explorer sport, rav4) and hated throwing gas cans and nasty stuff in the back

Today, I would look at a Gladiator, but probably would have still ended up with a Tacoma.

I was looking at Jeep Wranglers and Tacomas. The Taco won. I was coming from a gen 1 taco so really I just stayed on the Taco train.

I am extremely happy with my Taco, but if I had to buy new today, I'd at least test drive the new Chevy small truck (Colorado?) and the Frontier before immediately buying a Toyota.

I bought for longevity so it had to be a Taco I'm, a Tundra would have been badass if paying for gas was not a concern for me but I live on a budget.

Guess if I had any question, it would have been one of those RAMs with the small inline diesel.

I'd probably do the same. I feel like the Tacoma is the better value. Does any other Gladiator other than the Rubicon have any lockers?

Didn't look at anything else when I bought my Taco in 2013, but if I was going to I proably would have looked at a GMC Sierra and an F150. But really didn't want a full size. If I were looking to replace my truck now I'd probably cross-shop the new Ranger, but I suspect I'd end up in a 2019 or 2020 Tacoma.

    If I didn't need a truck probably a 4runner or a b8 s4, maybe another lexus.

put truck nuts on my 2000 Ranger
Dodge Ram with a 12 valve Cummins. I'm not selling my Taco, but I'm still wanting a Cummins. I'd settle for a 24 valve if the truck looked good enough.

    When I didn’t have a taco, I had a Tundra. It’d be a toss up between another Tundra or a 4Runner though
