When I was young, back in the 70's, the old guys were great at this kind of shit, they had fun and got their work done. Nice to know some people are making work fun, life's too short.

Cutting a sheet of 1/8" plate into circles that fit the bottom of a 5gallon bucket... 1.5 hours of time.
Listening to co worker bitch about his welding gear bucket being heavy/getting heavier over a months time before he realized we were adding a plate every 2-3 days... priceless

Same coworker as above had a habit of "borrowing" tools... we have those big grey Stronghold lockers as our tool boxes at work... We installed grease fitting in the top of his. A single width size one will hold two 55 gallon barrels of gease in case any of y'all were wondering.

Silver anti seize gets put on and in all kinds of things around here... in the foam on a hard hat sweat band is always good for a laugh... My personal favorite is a big glob on the park brake pedal in our managers truck so it slings all over him when released. He is a a$$. His wheel chalks may or may not get urinated on every so often.

Take a coat hanger or zip ties and zip tie a road kill to his truck frame.

A big ass zip tie around the drive shaft is a good one too... but pulling their drive shaft completely off is better...

I think this thread needs to be renamed "Revenge is best served cold!" and everyone be mandated to subscribe to it!
BTW. The only thing better than your buddy getting pulled over for your phony license plate would be the cop telling him he saw his plate posted on TW.

    Sending the new kid after....

Arch start (blue or red depending on the mood.

    A bucket of "A. I. R."

    Rubber rivets.

To put fuel in the electric excavator.. "just follow the big yellow hose." Actually the powder cable.

    List goes on.

Small pebble in the valve stem (with cap on) is the best. Person thinks he has 4 flats and only 1 spare tire.

My boss did that to one of my former co-workers when he parked his old sportster inside for the night......
He actually started taking it apart to find the problem, it was rather hilarious...

Not as good as yours but gave one of my friends who constantly fucked with me " The Classic Upper Decker." At one of his house parties once. Everytime he flushed the toilet the toilet would fill up with shitty water for a couple of weeks.

    Same as everybody else...
Not as good as some of these but I'm much older than most of my co workers. I recently asked a summer hire, a kid about 19 who worked in the receiving department of the warehouse, to be on the look out for a "flux capacitor" I was expecting. He asked me to describe it and I drew a nice picture, minus the DeLorean. Every day for two weeks he would update me, still no package, one day someone overheard the conversation and ratted me out.
