I'm with you. I heard those things get about the same gas mileage as we do.

My first love was the Land Rovers, then a close second was the G wagons, so if I had to chose something I guess it would be the Nissan. My neighbor has the Ridgeline and it hasn't given them any trouble.

    kinda getting out of hand...
I would have to go with the dakota. Its not like its as "nice" as some other choices...but the others are so ugly! I would not be caught DEAD in a frontier, ridgeline, or any of the others.Just like a PT Cruiser, if I was offered a ride by one of those I would refuse and walk. They are so bad looking. Ok i'm done haha I drive a trd 06 taco all is well :)

You got it :D and let me elaborate a little more, please.

    1) Back up vehicle for every time its in the shop for never ending repairs.
    2) One vehicle to tow the other every time one of them breaks down.
    3) I can buy 2 newer model used Fords for the price of one used older model Tacoma. Value for money as some may say.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
You all FAIL!!! There is no other truck in existance. All other "trucks" as you say, are mere facsimiles. Not reasonable, just mere. That is all.

None of the choices I had as my alternate.

I'd get the Dodge Ram, quad cab, 4X, offroad, with Cummins.

Then lift about 4 inches and change tires. No more mods.
