it's a lot cheaper to find someone who knows how to align a lifted truck than it is to purchase expensive uca's. .....now, if you were just looking for a reason to get some new uca's ..well, that's a different story.

@ 2.5" of lift, you shouldn't be having any issues with alignment. ..or at least i've never had anyone say they couldn't align my truck within spec becase it had 2.5" of lift. ..and my junk steers/rides like a dream.

another thing. ...that "stiff ride" you're complaining about is the entire reason i went with coilovers. ...the factory ride is way too soft for most peoples liking. ....it's almost like riding on marshmallows.

I took the truck to three different, reputable, shops and they all said the same thing; it couldn't be adjusted. Coincidence? Maybe, but doubt it.

As far as the stock ride goes, I didn't care one way or the other. After the coil-overs however, the truck would shake over the slightest of bumps. I just accepted it for what it was made myself believe that it was probably just me.

Now, after installing these arms, I know, for a fact, that the ride has dramatically improved. It doesn't feel like "marshmallows" and I don't cringe when I drive over a poorly maintained road.

Based on my experience, the UCA's are worth it.
