    2 factor can help, but if you log into iCloud.com, you do not need the 2nd factor to wipe out all the devices connected to your Apple ID/iTunes/iCloud account.

    Try it, log into iCloud.com and at the bottom you'll see "find my iPhone" and you can see and wipe all devices. If you don't back up your stuff, this can be bad.

    Doesn't matter. If you have any iOS or Mac, I would change my password to be safe. Someone with your Apple ID info can go on iCloud.com and remote wipe all of your 128GB iPhone.
