After I redeploy I am looking to spend 3-4 grand on mods. The rest the money needs to go in the bank, what would yall do

no lift, stock tires. Only mods are a topper (leer), shit ton of roofracks (for kayaks, us boaters tend to go over board with roof racks), brush guard and nerf bars. Im not a big fan of either the gaurd or bars I might up the money later down the road for some all pro bumbers and sliders. What kind of lift (dont want to go over 3 in) and what size tires. Im, at this point, truck stupid. Kinda hoping to cure that

ok you guys have screwed me. I am sitting in afghanistan and in between games of tag with the bad dudes I serf this sight, and day dream. The 3k will probably turn to 6 or 8, Hence this post. Who has installed the all pro
Sheet Metal Style Front Winch Mount Bumper (Powdercoated black)

? What does installation take. Im a pretty mechanically inclinded guy just never worked on vehicles. Is it just a matter of takeing the bumper off and bolting to All Pro one on or is there and Mods needed. I am thinking of buying it shipping it to my folks house and installing it on leave. Also I am unsure if I will be able to get my lift done on leave so how retarded does a truck with the All pro bumper and no Lift look. Further more keep sending lift and tire suggestions. Being from bama I should now about this shit huh. Then again I can read and have all my teeth so am I really from bama?

If you don't wanna do the vacation-

    Some other ideas are:
    -SUPERCHARGER!!!!
    -Soundsystem
    -Tinted Windows
    -lift
    -UCA's
    -Double din dvd player
-Color matched everything (front grille surround, rear bumper, side mirrors, door handles)
    -weather tech floor mats
    -wet okle seat covers
-all pro bumper, whatever the nicer looking one is, if there is more than one model
    -Sliders
    -Winch

that can blow your savings a few times over.

Other than that- I would really consider taking your g/f if you have on- or any other hot ass girl on a vacation (I would take my hot ass g/f somewhere secluded/tropical and watch her fine ass prance around in a bikini. Lots of lovin, lots of crab, lots of sunshine, lots of fruity alcoholic beverages. And did I mention lots and lots of lovin?)

There are lots of options for the lift (up to about 3in) with a new bumper.

Cheap route: Bilstein 5100s with an add a leaf
Middle route: Toytec coilovers or OME 886s both with an AAL
Expensive route: Icons or Fox upgrades like TexasIslandBoy linked to

Still many more options out there too...

If I had $3k, I'd go with: OME 886 coils probably with the N140s shocks they offer, Allpro 3in leaf replacement pack, Total Chaos UCAs, BFG MT KM2 285/70/17, and an Allpro plate bumper. All this will probably run a bit more than $3k now that I think about it but go big or go home right?:p

...and you're not the only well educated dude with a full set of teeth from Alabama! 24 years and still no accent, Woot!
