You know I have no idea. I wouldn’t be surprised though.

The Taco can pull a decent size 4 bed trailer. Then I wouldn't be stuck with a full size truck the rest of the time.

I just looked it up. You’re right. It is an option still. I love how the F150 looks but nothing beats Chevy V8 sounds

That is what I wanted instead of the Tacoma, but they were out 6-8 months at the time, needed a new truck like yesterday…

Really dig the Tremor, unfortunately not available in the Super Cab.

I'd get a used "wife-owned" V8 Raptor. They're too big for what I've designed my Taco to do, but they'll haul ass and that's something the Taco won't do.

So funny you say that, we have a 2019 Honda Pilot. . . and 2008 Honda Accord. . . and a 2009 Corvette. . . my Tacoma was still too small for me, loved the hell out of it just wanted a big bigger truck and I wasn't thrilled with the Tundra.

Gotta utilize roof space best as possible, plus gain of bed space. If I had to go fullsize I would go f150. The new tundra's are sick but not relaible. Also if you're not towing you can use a cargo carrier on the hitch too to alleviate room from the interior. Personally, I wouldn't buy anything if you don't need to for another year.. housing market is slowing, gas is high, trucks and cars aren't going to continue selling for their high costs.

Good info here thanks. Ive been looking at the f150 3.5 v6 ecoboost, says tow capacity is 14000. They also look much better then chev or ram imo. Also waiting a year for the new tundra to fix its kinks isnt a bad option ive thought about as well.

My brother got a powerwagon and has had major issue with the a/c unit and the service at Ram has been pretty awful. Also seems like these brand new truck post covid are not being built like they used to be.

Gonna throw a stick in the mud but only if I win the lottery. Mercedes AMG G63 with a portal axle conversion kit (achieves a 9" lift) and 35" tires. Or a Unimog.

Otherwise probably just a 1st gen Tundra and build it up with a rear locker at the very least.

Its funny cause a Tremor is like the same price as the xlt. Fords pricing seems high though.

Few brand new full size trucks are being built like they used to be. This stopped around the late 2000s, nowhere near covid. Domestic trucks parts can be found for cheaper than import but the catch is if you aren't doing the repairs yourself you're out tens of thousands depending on what goes wrong. 2009+ GM diesel fuel systems are about 12 grand, mostly labour for full replacement. Had the displeasure of seeing this myself first hand in the shop I worked at.

I downsized to a Tacoma for my needs. Once my needs have been satisfied I'm dumping it for a Porsche.

F-150 3.5 ecoboost XL, I have an XLT super crew, short bed. I like the XL, as there is less going on. I like the Tremor better, but it was like 15-20 more, and wasn't available. I'm probably going to trade for a super cab 6.5 bed XL Rattler pakage. I like the XLT, but would rather have a different configuration, a column shifter, tow mirrors and vinyl flooring. Probably stick with the 3.5, or go with the 2.7. Or just get a Ranger. I'd rather have a 250 or 350, but I don't really need a 1/2 ton as it is. If I could get the Rattler pkg on a Reg Cab 8ft bed, I would probably get that. Rattler pkg isn't much other than FX4 pkg added to the XL, and you get black cloth and black headlight housings. I do like the powerboost option with the power supply, but I'd probably never use it.

Why? Tacoma TRD Pro mark ups.

I sold my Corvette to buy my Taco! I drove the Vette for 6 years and definitely scratched the high performance itch. But I needed a truck back in my life and the Corvette was basically a 436 HP grocery getter.
