I've had such an opposite experience to this. I'm 6'4" ~220 and I have found the seats to be an absolute joy. I just swapped to the Taco from a Benz sedan with all the possible leather 600-way adjustable heated massaging seat bullcrap and my back hurt sitting in that seat for more than 30 minutes.

I was originally waiting for the 2020 because I figured the seats were going to be unusable for me after reading stuff online but I have a ton of room and it's crazy comfy for me

TRD Pros cost 8-10k more but come with an army of internet haters. So there's some value for money you can't get with the other trims

I've had bad luck with power seats in the past and actually prefer the manual, less stuff to go wrong. The controls or motor went out 2 trucks ago (ram) and it was cheaper to replace with a lightly used set of manual leather i found. And my last truck (silverado), the controls would go out sometimes and lock me in some stupid position for awhile.
Android auto would be cool but I suspect you could find a superior aftermarket head unit with the savings from buying a 19 if that's important.
    Either way, have fun shopping

I predict the power seat in the 2020 will not be the end all, be all it is expected to be.
