It is hard to find a cheap to keep wife but all but impossible to find a cheap Tacoma.

 

This forum cracks me up, coming from one where members actually did things to enhance their vehicles in coordination with potential vendors. Does anybody know of any Tacoma-related forums like that?

 

My fiancee grew up a chevy girl on a dairy farm... I have a passionate hatred for GM vehicles... She viewed it as a "toy" until it moved 1000kg (2200lbs) of soybeans this morning because her dad's trucks (1500's) weren't up to the task. It's also pulled hay wagons with 8 round bails out of a muddy field because, again, the chev's just got stuck, and the taco went back to pull them out as well.

 

My GF didn't want me spending so much on a Tacoma and wanted me to get a used prerunner 4cyl. She hated my Silverado even more since it has a 550+ HP v8 getting 9mpg, that she didn't bitch for to long about me getting the TRD OF package. Now that I have it she tries to drive it as much as she can cause she fell in love with it. She also provokes me to put lift, tires, bumper etc now that she likes it

 

Divorce her ass. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

I find this comment interesting because as good as Toyota's are, they are actually in bed with GM, and vice versa. Turns out we are not so different from GM after all.

 

It's only about every other day my wife gives me grief about ordering a Tacoma instead of a Raptor... You can't win them all. /shrug

 

My wife likes mine to much. She always wants to drive it. She wants us to buy another one. I really cant afford two builds.... Oh and my wife joined tw...

 

Wife doesn't like my truck. Oh well, too bad, I like it so it stays.

My wife actually nudged me into buying mine so I'd say she likes it.

 

Then there's the 2/5 cases where the chick gets infuriated and puts the mans ps4 in the sink, hopefully that doesn't apply to anyone's truck.
