My brother used to live there. Very nice place...other than the wind and ants.

 

I would love to hear the story behind v1->v2 change in construction. As an infosexual*, I know there are cost effective ways to have made the v1 construction less expensive on all that aluminum square tubing/cutting/welding by running square tubing through a laser cutter and having it miter everything - reducing the brainwork and greatly reducing the chance of error with measuring once and welding... SHIT. Well, let's cut it apart and hammer it and fix it ...

*My old roommate called me an infosexual because I spend a lot of time learning new things, including manufacturing processes, while I'm not even a mechanical engineer or fabricator. Play on words with modifying metrosexual with knowledge seeking.

 

It's a good story! Haha It all stemmed early on after producing V1, basically to reach our manufacturing goals and weight. I'll give you the whole story over a beer or two.
