    Here we go
Misfire detected at #1 and #6 possible causes to include.
    Bad spark plugs
    Bad spark plug wires
Bad ignition coil or coils for #1 and #6, Unlikely both.
    Unserviceable ignition control unit.
It can be valves but I wouldn't panic as of yet.
It couldn't hurt to get a compression test to rule out the valves.

I would go ahead and replace the ignitor coil. If the ignitor is faulty you will get random cylinder misfires.
It could be valves. I wouldn't look there.. You said it ran good after wires. Does it run smooth, with good power and starts up fine?

    Let us know.. take care

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
The PO1300 means the ECM is not seeing the igniter signal it thinks the engine is not running so shuts off the fuel.

What kind of shape are the spark plug boots on under the coils ?

    The spark Plugs ?

Why only change 2 wires not all 3

I doubt it is valves unless you never change your oil .

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Maybe time for valve cover and spark plug tube gaskets
