Anyone with any idea of what this can be would love some input.....

When I go to start my 02 ext. cab I turn the key to the on position and everything comes on, radio, etc. I turn the key to start the car and there is roughly a 3 second delay and the truck starts up. It only happens when it sits overnight and it just started happening 2 days ago. Any ideas?

Bad/corroded connection somewhere is my guess. Check the starter.
