I'm going to replace the Ign switch. Should I buy OEM from dealer at $120 or get one off the Bay for a lot less?

Just what is wrong with it??

Are you talking about the lock cylinder or the electrical switch part??

The electrical part behind the cylinder.
I have intermittent start issues. Every few weeks it won't start, silence when turning the key.

I checked the clutch pedal switch, clutch cancel switch works. The ign. switch seems like the culprit rather than the starter since there's no sound at all when attempting to start.

I would bet every switch but the one from Toyota is made in China I would go used or a new one from Toyota but that is me.

Thanks. I appreciate your input. I found a 20% off coupon from the dealer, so it'll be around $100.

I'd rather know it's OEM for that part.

Remove the electrical part from the back of the key locking part, take it apart carefully, you will see some of the silver contacts are burnt if the switch is the problem, spray it clean with contact cleaner then polish the contacts with crocus cloth remove as little of the silver as possible, smear a little dielectric lube on them, put it back together & try it.
