So squirrels ate one of my ignition wires on the 2nd plug on my passenger side. Can I just wire it back together or due I have to replace then entire harness?

You should be able to splice back together, if you have to add some wire, make sure the same gauge is used. I would solder it and use a shrink wrap sleeve on it...if it were mine.
