Looking for a rim to fit 265 70 17 bfg k2o's (better known as k2bro's). All i really want is a matte black,17 inch wheel that "sticks out" another inch without adding spacers. I have been reading about plus 1 size, 4.5 something other, offset, I'm overwhelmed.

Any one have this setup with stock trd sport suspension? Not looking to lift, but if leveling is necessary I wouldn't be against it.

Help me out and give me a shit from the front.

My current set up. Pretty stock.20160212_154820.jpg

Might be useful to got to a local off road shop or tire shop and ask around too.

I know I comprehend stuff, like this, better when I can ask questions in "real time".

Lots of good info here too if you can catch the right person.

Maybe go on a vender page? They tend to be super helpful. In my experience.

Your wheels have a +30mm offset, so if you get the same width rim with zero offset you should push your tires out about 1"offsetdiagram11.jpg

It looks like 0 offset would be centered. Why wouldn't it come stock like that

Because the design team at toyota wanted the face of the rim to be flat with the sidewall of the tire. It's all subjective and appearance based. It is nice from an aftermarket standpoint because most wheels are 0 offset.

Which spells rockrash if you wheel it.

You can mitigate this with wider tires? Bubble out the sidewall some?

    You're looking for a 17x8" with 0mm offset / 4.5" back spacing.
You could also do 17x8.5" with -6mm or 0mm offset and be in good shape

17x9" won't work well with your tire size.

I didn't think about that but it's a very good point. The very edge of the lip will always be susceptible but what can you do!

I have an 8.5" wheel with 10mm offset and it sticks out ~1" from fenders.

I'm not sure if you're looking for specific wheel suggestions, but a personal favorite are SCS Ray10's. They come in 17x8.5 with a 4.3" backspacing, so they do stick out some more. Be cautious though, if you try to put on wheels that stick out a hair more, you may run into rubbing issues depending on your tire size. Before lifting my 265/75/16's rubbed pretty bad on the front. Let me know if that helps, but I'm no expert either!

This is the tire spec you are looking for:

    17x8.5
    4.5 BS
    -10 offset

@SCSPerformance has a good selection of wheels. I say go for Stealth 6.
