As of Friday morning at 06:10 AM I will be officially a non working individual. Second retirement is much sweeter than the first.

    Congratulations Jimmy

Now you’ll have to find something to do with all that extra time.

Since retiring, I've explored the secondary back roads of America in my Tacoma - 49 of the 50 states. (next month, the Blue Ridge Parkway - Dawsonville Georgia to upper Maine).
Make a list, put them in a bucket and start pulling them out one by one, you won't be disappointed.
Congrats and good luck - don't waste it - you now have fewer years left than you had.

    Wow!

    Congrats to you!

I'm looking forward to focusing all my energy to me. Right now, it feels like I'm doing this for the betterment of the organization...and taking care of myself is secondary.

That's an exaggeration statement but I wrote what I felt.

Yes, please document your plans. It will help us waiting to get to where you are headed in retirement.

Congratulations! I've tried retirement twice - unsuccessfully. I'm working on attempt number three right now. There is some hope for this attempt. Enjoy yourself!

The more I look at your wording, the more I read into it. I worked with people for years that didn't actually work - while I did. Some of them are still "working." Hmmmm.
