    Welcome to TW. Regular maintenance and a good wash and wax every now and then. If you live where they salt the roads, a good undercoating such as fluid film.

    Read your Owners Manual.
    Read your Maintenance Manual and follow the scheduled maintenance requirements.
    Keep the truck waxed.
    This will keep it in nice shape.

    Create an "Owners" account on Toyota.com
    You will have access to your service history, any recalls and many different documents.

    There is a lot of good information here on Tacoma World. Many of your questions have probably already been discussed.
    The Search function will be of great assistance.
