Actually what really upset me was that 2 TRD Sport vs Offroad threads were started about 3 days apart and still active simultaneously... but I see your point

in a case like that...a simple, effective solution that doesnt create an idea that we're being assholes to the new guy...would be to post a link to one thread in the other...

Ok so should I look into tall and wide on the back and small and skinny for the front?

I see your point, but you can always post a new message on the old thread that you found doing a search.

Tigerfan I completely understand where you are coming from, I think your in a good mood, and Solus is in less of a good mood, sometimes I'm feeling nice and will help out the new guy all day long, but other times I'm an asshole too, it happens.

I do think some mandatory reading should be had before posting

nice truck looks similar to mine  and i see the talking it out with someone helps and getting their opinion...but lets face it some topics have all the opinion needed and a new thread just keeps the same result as an old one. but talking it out does help and i see that that is useful in some cases! :)

    it happens

    ive been an asshole too

but all in all...i try to keep it in check until someone asks for it

there is a time and a place for being an asshole and flaming and such...most simple noob questions arent that place

however...take for example...the guy who posted last night about his PA system in his truck that he claimed ot have used to pull someone over with before

that kind of foolishness deserves being treated like a dumbass

+1 it might be better to resurrect and old thread as a bases for a question or topic of discussion!
