    Has anyone done this and encountered any real issues ?
    also, with the alignment cams put back to the previous mark did you have to get a new alignment done?

    I've used this method dozens of times, no issues other than stuck lca cam bolts. You should get an alignment, putting them back to the same place just means you know it will be able to drive somewhat in a straight line.

    TRD Front & Rear Sway Bar, TRD Pro LED Headlights, Undercover SE, Rear diff. Relocate, console organizer, debadged, color matched handles, mirror caps, and grill
    Did it with my truck no problem. Alignment is still required after. Putting the cams back where they were is only good for the old suspension.
