I've searched around on here and have come up with no results :(
So I figured I'd just ask..

Where have you guys seen good mesh I could use to satoshi my grill with?
Somewhere IN STORE.. I got some free time today and tomorrow and would really like to jump on doing my grill.

Also.. I want to take my toyota emblem off my tailgate and put it on my grill, any ideas on how to do that?

    Thanks!

You could try home improvement stores or hardware stores. Some stock various metal meshes. I'm thinking specifically about the mesh that's used to keep debris out of rain gutters. On a motorcycle forum I'm on, they use that in a Satoshi type application to cover vents in body parts.

yeah I was gonna run out to home depot, I got one just a few miles from my house, and I'll be sure to ask about the gutter mesh. I bet as soon as I use the word satoshi they'll question why I'm buying just a small piece of mesh..

or look for a metal fab shop... they'll probably have a better selection than Lowe's or HD. At least down here anyway.

to take off your emblem just heat up the glue with a hair dryer. Hold it up to it for a few minutes and then take some fishing line and stick it in between and with a saw like motion it should come right off

    Good luck!

Using floss, working it back and forth behind your emblem will remove it.

Floss did not work so well for me. I used fishing line to get the decals off. I didn't even use a hair dryer, just did it on a warm day. Then used some Goo Gone to take any left over residue from the truck.

sorry, I should have worded that question better. I know how to take it off, as I already took my dealer emblem off, but i was just wondering if anyone had a good way to get it on the mesh when I do my satoshi

In that case I think 3M makes some double sided tape you could try that. Just cut to fit.

I used 3M double sided tape, the foam type tape, to get my Tacoma decal on my grill. It has been about 4-5 months and it is still there.
