It's a nice truck, Congratulations. As long as you are happy with it... But I would like to point out that the 2014 redesign will be hitting the streets in around 4 months. So your 4 month old truck will already be "last years model". And you would of been able to get your current truck a lot cheaper as they would be trying their hardest to push the older model off the lots.

Missing My Last Tacoma --- Had 11 Toyota trucks in the past and many other Toyota cars too.
    .
FWIW ... I have bought a lot of new vehicles in my life and every time that I have bought a new platform ... no matter what manufacturer ... I had a lot of "first year's production snafus" (even with Toyota).

So, now I never buy a first year's new model platform ... and I like to get the 3rd year's model or later if at all possible.

OP, great looking truck, and be glad that you bought a platform that has been out a while and had the bugs worked out of it.

Don't expect to get over 15 with that 6.0. Guys I know around here are at their best getting 13 mpg. The Duramax's aren't any better though. I drive an 07 every day and it averages 12.5. The 6.0's are known for being fairly reliable though, at least ya got that over the diesel lol.

It's a great looking truck, but from what I understand, they don't perform so well overall. They don't have the resale value of a Tacoma, either. But it is a really good-looking truck, aside from the excess chrome. Still though, don't want to put a damper on your excitement- I hope that this truck works out really well for you. Have fun with it! :)

We have a new Silverado 1500 at work and I want to take it home with me. The only thing that scares me is the mpg. I swear I drove just over 100 miles in it today and it sucked through half a tank.
