I'm friends with the guy and I don't even have one. Way spendy but super cool. He makes a fire fighters axe as well that looks like it would cut down a building in one swing.

Isn't overlanding about having 12 million pounds of shit in and on your rig? Better get both and a backup. Plus more rotopax.

A very cool show but to be fair it seems a little too photography based . 4wd action is a little better for me it seems more down to earth and real . There rigs are more authentic also . Those bush aussies know there stuff and I don' think XO could hang .

Hey- but that’s an Overlanding Axe! You are supposed to MacGeyver it with chock rocks or whatever you can find to make it a more impressive video when you post your trip to Walmart on YouTube!

Living like a hobo voluntarily makes you middle/upper class with the privilege to do such a thing.

Living like a hobo involuntarily makes you.....a hobo, lol.

Overlanding is when you hate society so much that you spend all your money on a vehicle that can help you survive a Walking Dead style zombie apocalypse and get you thousands of kilometres away from civilization where you take pictures of your rig with the sole intention of posting on sites like this in order to seek the approval of the same folks you were driving away from.

One of my friends is a full time vanlifer. Even he points out that while privileged to live the way he does, at the end of the day trying to find a spot to park the sprinter, you realize you are still homeless.
