    Welcome!
Nice Grand!! We used to own a 99 Limited (we still maintain it for my mother-in-law currently). Never wheeled it...but towed my Jeep Wrangler with it. :D

Do you have Quadradrive on yours? If yes....then you have similar to limited slips/traction control. That's a whole lot better than OPEN/OPEN.

You're a Toyota Tech and don't own a Toyota? Holy smokes.... Don't they give you any decent employee discounts? (laugh)

    Just kidding....

lol no no discounts thats why i don't own a toyota :p. No i have 242 tcase "selectrac" I like this t-case better because the drive chain is like twice as thick as a np231 tcase. Plus it has 4wd part time(locked for wheelin) fulltime (awd like the quadratrac) and of course 4 lo. It is open open, but I have not really had much problems with traction. Olny in the mud. And olny once. But it was had i had to be winched after some ass clown in a huge dodge ram pulled the hell out of my rope and it snapped. Then this cool ass guy in a H1 winched me out. Love me the karma in azusa canyon.

    peace

Ahhh Ok, you must have the 6cylinder. Ours was the V8 with the NV247 transfer case. Our Wrangler has the NP231 (with SYE of course).

No discounts from Toyota for being an employee? What's up with that? That's lame. For the most part, I hope they're a good employer to you and give you a bunch of other benefits.
