Is there a way to get the truck to start with a broken immobilizer, but have original key? I've seen a ton of threads on how to bypass, but all seem to have an immobilizer that still works and it's just a reset. I gotta get to work and can't afford a new immobilizer at the moment someone please help.

Ok, so was able to get it cranked but please if anyone has a way around this damn thing in case it happens again which I'm sure this temp fix won't last long I'd greatly appreciate it.

In my 10+ years working for Toyota, I've not seen one successfully bypassed. I suspect the only way you could do this is some creative rewiring to eliminate the system from the starting process entirely. Risky and certainly not something that can be done quickly, I'm afraid.

    In short, No.

The immobilizer sends a signal to the main ECU. The main ECU validates the the information from the immobilizer.
With out the immobilizer, you won’t get spark or fuel.

I suppose you could “maybe” hack the system and delete the check. But I’ve never seen it. It’s much easier to “hack” a key. AKA- Program a key to match the check sum of the current stored key code.

Save yourself the headache and just get a new immobilizer.

There's no way I know of to bypass/delete the immobilizer, that would defeat the purpose of having one.

Picture of what is burned? I've never seen one fry itself without help.
