Immobilizer reset lost all keys

Has anyone here ever have to do an immobilizer reset lost all keys on tacoma. Please let me know as i am having issues doing so.

well it looks like techstream Fu__ed me reall good as I tried resetting the immobilizer again last night it took 16 minutes and when it was finished it told me to remove the key from the iginition at this point it was suppose to ask me to put in new master key then it was suppose to ask me to put in another key. well it didnt and now i have no keys registered to start my tacoma i tried to program a key but with out a master key im Fu__ed any one have any ideas i tried disconnecting the battery for an hour no good. do i need a new immobilizer module? does anything have to be done to the ECU. does anyone have any idea what to do

 

Don’t take this the wrong way as I’m trying to help.

In your other thread, you were asked a few days ago to post screenshots of the data. It would help with diagnostics but nothing has been posted. Also, just a suggestion, but keeping the problem to one thread would help those trying to help you solve the problem.

 

I understand i forgot to post but i Guess it has to go to the dealer cause i cant do anything with out a master key.

 

Where you using a cracked version of TechStream?

I'd maybe post in your local regional forum.
Maybe someone has a scan tool with IMMO capability.

You dont need a programmed key to perform a reset.

You simply start the procedure over again and follow it carefully.

Big thing is don't close the drivers door, and don't turn the key on when its doing the 15 minute reset.

I also put a battery charger on to be safe.

 

I did everything you said it went throught the sixteen minute process then it says to remove key at that point its suppose to say please insert new key to be made a master key but it never did that after the 16 minute process it said remove key and nothing happened after that. I know how to do it as i have done before many times but this time it didnt do the last step to create a new master key.
