I did match the white dots and notches. The other three needles look great.
I ordered more bulbs and I'll replace the ones in question. Probably be a couple of weeks to get back to it. Hoping for the best.
    Thanks

Just remembered that I removed the bulb for the tpms, could that cause a problem? Thanks, again.

I'm not sure about the TPMS thing. Also, i think the LEDs are in sequence, so try and trace the line on the board and replace one at a time. I had this issue when i replaced the LEDs in the steering wheel controls. The one was bad causing the other 2 to not light up. I replaced the first one in the sequence and tested, and they all turned on.

Thanks. I'll let you know what happens in a couple of weeks.

I've only got a night shot of mine but its a simple mod and helps with visibility of gauges night / day

Well, well. Replaced the bulbs in question, no help. 3 center bulbs on speedometer and 3 bulbs in odometer do not work. I don't know what to do next.

At this point, i would suggest finding an electronics repair guy. Or, if you feel like a road trip, I'm about 4.5 hours up I-81 (Harrisburg, PA area), and would be able to help.

Going to MI for a week or so. I may consider the road trip when I return.
    Thanks

Do you find this is overly bright at night and you need to dim the gauges?

I've set min at about 50% dim and can keep it at that for night and day driving.

I don't want to take it to a tv guy. I will take the cluster out next week and see if I can figure it out.
    I'll keep you'll posted.

It has do with the wavelength of red light and how much the eye strains to send signals to your brain that the color you're seeing is red.

How hard is it to get the gauge cluster out of the dash?

I need a wiring diagram to trace why the 6 center bulbs aren't lighting. This is getting frustrating!

Talk with Jerez. He’s done LED swaps on hundreds of gauge clusters and other interior lights. There’s a link to his thread in this thread. He seems willing to help anyone who asks for tips on LEDs.

Finally had some time and got back on it. My brother put two aa batteries together along with leads to test the bulbs. 3 of the 6 problem bulbs were bad, even though they were new and had been replaced twice. We tested each bulb before and after installation and now everyone is happy. Don't assume the bulbs are good just because they are new! Thanks to everyone who responded, love TW.
