Here's my question for an all 12v system.

The EcoFlow has one 12v input. I have a solar panel plugged into it and I have the Taco inverter connected to the AC. When I start the Taco (and remember to push the inverter button ) it auto switches from the solar to AC inverter. If I get a 12v DC-DC charger I don't think you can plug both in at the same time, but I don't know. Having to switch 12v plugs isn't practical for me.

You could get a higher end DC-DC charger that can handle both solar and alternator charge and even combine them. The nice Redarc can do this.

I tried using the same cord but plugged into the river pro. It charges for about 3 seconds and gets up to 10W before stopping charging and then another 3 seconds later it restarts that cycle. I reached out to ecoflow. They said “your car is more powerful than others” and as far as DC charging from the outlet goes that I’m out of luck lol.

That’s what I did when I had a solar panel on my old camper. It worked pretty well. I think if sticking with the power stations AC charging is the way to go. They seem pretty sensitive with DC if over ~100W

What wires did you tap for the in cab 110v outlet? I hear they are different with the manual trucks?

I followed the instructions on one of the threads for in cab 120v outlets. I also did the 400w anytime mod. Sorry, I don't have links.

Does your River pro let you charge from the 400w AC bed outlet? My River 2 max just clicks like the guy in the video posted earlier

I had to set my river pro to the SLOW AC charging speed. Then it works fine. I have an older generation of the river pro and I believe in that video he said the newer river series batteries have updated sine waves that are different from the trucks sine wave… or something like that. I would try the slow setting through the app if you haven’t

I did the in cab outlet. But the truck doesn’t like charging both batteries at once. It gives the in cab battery 200W, while only giving the bed battery 80W and it goes in and out. I think it’s drawing too much for the inverter maybe.

I think my final answer to this problem is just to pull the trigger on a dual battery and rely on DC to DC charging and call it good.

I haven't tried the bed outlet. Other than testing it a few times I find I don't use it. I don't know, but I suspect the stock inverters are of cheap quality. Maybe some work better than others.

I do know that my inverter's output is all over the place. Sometimes the voltage is as low as 90v and I think the highest I have observed is 126v. It's constantly changing.

Sorry I can't give more knowledgeable answers.

How many watts is Slow charging mode taking in?

The River Pro slow charges at 100w and fast charges at 660w. I think with the newer versions you can vary the charge rate with the software.

That's a BS answer from ecoflow, the electrical load (ecoflow power box) determines how much power is drawn from the inverter. It will only draw what it can accept, the reason they give you 2 charging rates is some electrical systems cannot provide the power needed to charge the ecoflow at it's higher rate so they offer the option to reduce that, again that's all done in the power bank, the truck is just a dumb charging source. The inverter's output rating sets the upper limit to the power available.
