That's how my '95 4 Runner felt on routine turns. The 2nd gen Tacos wider stance has never felt tippy to me.

I didn't think a diesel hi-lux could go fast enough to almost flip.

Too bad those safety features didn't save this 3rd gen:

That's different, if the occupants survived, junk the truck and get another whatever you choose. With the Wrangler, I learned to drive it and never flipped it. Most 4x4's have a higher center of gravity, and could potentially flip. At least the 3rd gen has some (expensive) safety features that hopefully we never put to the test....

    WTF.

First off why are you recording? What was the purpose of recording? Why is an insurgent machine hauling what looks like ISIS infiltrators down a suburban street? And why is said IFV traveling at about 50 mph down the road?

They couldn't come up with a fix for the PLBSWGP (Problem lies between steering wheel and gas pedal) glitch in time for the third gen. The guy obviously was jackassing around on the embankment. Sucks he learned his lesson the expensive way; I'm glad he was lucky enough to walk away from it.

the only safety feature that would have saved that truck was the passenger NOT holding the drivers beer while "trying" to 4wd in a 2wd truck, just sayin.

4wd does not keep your wheels on the ground when driving off camber unless it's the small increase in low centered weight over the 2wd version. Aiming the wheels downhill would have helped, but only up to a point.
