Was able to get the difference (~$11.57) credited back so anyone that purchased recently should be able to do the same. Essentially paid under $40 including the $10 mail-in-rebate that was available back in November.

Are these really for 2016? I tried to put my EGRs from my 2010 access cab on my 2016 double cab and they didn't fit. Not sure if it was bc the window sizes are different between DC and AC or 2nd gen and 3rd gen

Must be the redesign Toyota did. I guess if a man ordered a pair and they don't fit he could get his money back. Myself I have not bought any yet and may not. I like to use the a/c. And this is the 2nd new truck I have bought with outside vent circulation. I like it.

I called EGR and got no answer. Called that site autoaccessories who called EGR and they said it is a website error. There are no EGR vent shades for 2016s and no ETA. Sucks because I really like my old ones!

I guess AVS is taking over the market. But you cannot just buy 2 AVS
In Channel visors for the front windows on the access cab Toyota. I think the stick on you can though.

    http://www.realtruck.com/avs-in-channel-vent-visors/R18883P2016Y608MA.html

Update: Yes you can get just 2 in channel from RealTruck.

I've had the AVS in channels for several weeks. Install went super easy and quick and followed the included instructions. From a distance they look great, but if you look at them up close you can see they are cheap looking and QC not the best. The AVS logo on the front driver's side visor was on crooked and looked ridiculous. Good thing it came right off with some Goo-Gone and a rag, so I did the same thing with the logo on the front passenger side visor. My biggest gripe tough is the bottom edge of the visor. They are pretty sharp/rough to the touch, and the line is not cut very even, being worse on the some of the visors compared to others. Just looks like they should have taken the extra time finishing that edge and it would have made a world of a difference. I'm still happy with their performance since they do what they are supposed to, but if it were up to me and I was int eh market for some vent visors I'd spend the extra $$$ on WeatherTechs or some other company. Not impressed with the AVS finish on these.

Not happy to hear that. Pretty sure mine have been ordered. Was set on waiting for the weatherteks, until this thread.

My AVS's will be here tomorrow. Also not happy to see your review above. If mine come in similar condition, I have no problem sending them back for a full refund.

Sounds like you got a bad batch. Mine are relatively smooth on the bottom edge and the logo is even on both sides.

I'm thinking you're right, since the reason I chose the AVS visors (aside from the fact that they were one of the first available for our trucks) were from reviews I read for previous year Tacoma visors they made. I did read one review where a member experienced the same thing I did, but aside from that most everyone else seemed to have a positive experience. Like I said although it's a little disappointing it wasn't enough to deal with the hassle of sending them back, and the logo came off super easy (and I actually prefer them without the logo), and just quickly smoothed out the sharp edge with a scotchbrite pad, but if you are paying attention you can still see the uneven line, but I'm sure most people who get in the truck won't even notice.
