Like all you said Saving Private Ryan, Black Hawk Down and Enemy at the Gates as far as movies. Band of Brothers series is pretty damn good as well.

 

My dad being a submariner during korea I really liked 'Das Boot' and the other one's that stick in my mind are ' The Bridge Over River Kwai' 'The Dirty Dozen' 'Paton'

 

Saving Private Ryan or Black Hawk Down.

WW2 = Saving Private Ryan
Battle/Raid of Mogadishu (Somali Civil War) = Black Hawk Down
