tl/dr-- anyone know a trustworthy shop in the Phoenix area?

So I just moved down to the desert and picked up a new 1st gen taco to build a camper in. Being new to town I don't know any shops and don't really want to be burned over and over until I find the good one. I have almost no mechanical experience and all my tools are halfway across the country so I don't trust myself to get an accurate idea of its flaws. It makes some odd sounds but beyond that it drives great. I'm hoping to find someone that can give me an honest idea of what needs to be fixed and/or replaced before I start adding any mods for offroading and camping.
