In Process 2012 overland project

Hi I live in Cabo and just started working on my Overland project but as soon as parts got here the guy installing them told me that the gears were not the correct ones because all the weight im putting, I think he's just pissed because I did not buy the parts from him but got me thinking, hope can have someones opinions as to the gear ratio and parts bought so far here they are:
