just an fyi as well. those needles need to be stripped of the orange paint from the back and repainted. you can usually find the paint at hobby stores
heres mine: all white with a little bit of red but i want to change my needles to blue soon..

It's not a supper easy mod that you just change lights. If your not careful you can F*** some stuff up. The LEDs are really supper tiny. And it takes time. I did one today took me two hours.

Don't go by the A/C controls those are totally diff lights. If you want more info pm me or ask and I will send you couple links to get the LEDs and a how to.
