    What are some good options?

I have a huge 100+lb floor jack for home use but dont think i would like to keep it on the truck daily

As has been said before, keep a couple of 4" wood blocks and run any jack you want.

Personally, I like to carry a unijack when travelling, but I have a nice mount for it on the trailer.

3” lift doesn’t really change the height of the jacking points. Carry a few scrap pieces of wood.

I use a bottle jack when I go off-roading but other wise the stock can lift nearly every Tacoma

This. Lift doesn’t give ground clearance, tires do.
Unless you’re on 35s or larger you don’t need anything special

A stock jack will lift a wheel off the ground easily even with a lift.

The stock rear jacking location is on the diff tube inside the u-bolt plate. So unless you have 44" I am confident you can lift the rear.

The front will be a little higher but that is easily overcome with a solid 3 or 4" block of wood.

Why carry more than you need...

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
I carried a heavy floor jack back in my muscle car days in the trunk of the cars.

What would be the main use of the jack ?

I am in the bottle Jack and blocks of wood crowd now days the floor jacks live at home.
