Stupid question. Where are you guys putting this thing? Can I place it in the bed of the truck or does it have to be in the cab?

I have a 4Runner so mine will go in the back of it or in my camper depending on the trip.

I plan to build a bed mount eventually. But for now I'm just going to throw it behind the passenger seat and hope I don't roll the truck haha

I used my roommates ARB fridge in my 1st gen a few times. I flipped out the little car seat extension behind the passenger seat and set it there without any tie downs. It worked well but was extremely hard to access.

Yeah, exactly what I plan to do for now.

What made it hard to access? How hard was it to open with the passenger seat all the way forward?

There's just no good way to get to it. I don't really know how to explain it.

Mines going where the rear passenger seat used to be.

    Got it.

My end plan is to bolt some angled L-track in strips to the bed and use their bolt thread mount to mount the fridge/stove combo box I plan to build.

I dont have a canopy, but I have a Bakflip cover on the bed. It would be easier to carry the fridge back there if it was secured and didn't slide around.Anyone else?
