Tacos are just not as popular in this part of the country. We still have a lot of blind loyalty going on since were so close to Detroit.

And yes, North of 70 turns into Cornfield after Cornfield. I went through Ft. Wayne last weekend on a quick trip to Michigan, such a boring drive. Southern Indiana has a lot better scenery.

I like 44 from Martinsville to Franklin. This is a drivers road!

There are a lot of good roads around lake lemon, Nashivlle, Yellow Wood state forest area. Some good mountain biking trails in Brown county, as well as good roads.

Hoosier national down around Patoka lake is great too.

N Bee Camp road off state rd 56, just East of Madison IN. Start off here and head to Versailles state park. There are 6 water crossings along the way and at one point the road turns into a creek bed for 2 miles. Pretty gnarly terrain for Indiana.

I mostly just Mall Crawl these days. I raced dirt bikes and ATV's down at Haspen for 20 plus years. Trails are too tight for a DCSB Taco IMO. I've heard Readbird SRA isn't bad though.

    Haspin Acres. Offroad location.

HOWEVER: DO NOT GO unless you are willing to do the following:

    Risk your life
    Risk injury
    Risk property
    Risk your rig

Most ruts require at least a 37" tire.

This place is overrun with drunks doing stupid shit.

They really need to get in there and shut down the trails, massage them with some machinery and let them heal up.

They have a pretty decent motocross series there, but ever year you hear about them either air lifting people in critical condition or hauling out dead bodies.

I would like a lil more info on this if you can. I tried looking at Google maps from your start point but too many offshoots that look like they dead end.

Yea that's why I quit going there! I have heard they cleaned it up, but I cannot vouch for that.

That's awesome. My grandpa has a 1st Gen, not sure the exact year, that's super clean with about 170k on it. I'm going to try and get that eventually. It's 100% stock, so it could be a real fun build.
