I bought this dog house last year and my dogs never warmed up to it. They never even stepped foot inside it. Couldn't returned it because the return policy is 60 days. Asking $170 for it. It has been in storage and not out in the sun or rain. The dog house features a adjustable vent on the top of the dog house.
